Job Role

Due to recent department transformations and the growth of our service we have an amazing opportunity for Physiotherapists to join our dynamic & expanding team. This is a clinical office based role within an insurance company with telephone communication with patients. You will guide our members through their treatment pathway ensuring their MSK management is evidence based and in line with best practice. You will provide a comprehensive approach in the management of complex cases.

Key Responsibilities

·To be an integral part of a forward thinking, dynamic, office based team
·Identify and manage complex MSK cases, through telephone assessment
·To ensure members are receiving the most appropriate evidence based/ best practise care within a clinical framework
·Assessment of relevant clinical information to inform the next steps of a member’s management
·Evaluate member’s treatment plans in line with policy

Specific Skills

·You are a Physiotherapist with a minimum of 5 years’ post-graduate experience and 3 years within Musculoskeletal management
·You have experience of managing complex MSK cases, working in an MDT and close working with other clinicians, and Consultants preferably in an outpatient department
·You will have experience of working in or referring to an MCATS or Trauma and Orthopaedic Outpatient clinic
·You can demonstrate your CPD activity & on-going commitment to professional development
·You are a CSP member
·Good computer skills
