Performance Physiotherapy Jersey is a private outpatient clinic offering rehabilitation, health and well being services for people with musculoskeletal, urogynaecology and obstetric musculoskeletal conditions. Our clinic is based at Indigo House Medical Centre in Jersey: www.physio.je

An exciting full or part-time opportunity has arisen for a Senior Physiotherapist with a special interest in pelvic rehabilitation and obstetric msk.

Although not directly within in the clinic itself, you will be working closely with your interdisciplinary colleagues: Nurse Practitioners, Midwives, GP's, Consultants (Urology, Gynaecology, Obstetrics, Colorectal, Pain, Orthopaedics).

Your role will be to provide a high quality physiotherapy service, in accordance with CSP and HCPC standards, for clients experiencing obstetric related musculoskeletal problems; urological and gynaecological dysfunction; ideally also physiotherapy led mat and equipment based pilates for the above conditions as well as non-condition specific clients.

In addition to the clinical role we hope you will embrace the opportunity to get to know the needs of your community. There will also be opportunities to present, perform audit and service development.

You will have excellent communication skills: as a clinician, team member and leader; as well as being competent with IT and well organised with your caseload and being resourceful with time management.

All physiotherapists working for Performance Physiotherapy Ltd hold local registration and are CSP and HCPC registered. It is essential that all physiotherapists have a minimum of 5 years postgraduate clinical experience.

This role should be undertaken by someone with at least 2 years specific experience within the field of pelvic rehabilitation and obstetrics and ideally with postgraduate qualifications.

You need to be locally registered, as well as HCPC registered, and a member of the CSP and its special interest group POGP (or pending membership).
